Privacy Policy
Effective 4 November 2026 · Last updated 4 November 2026
This policy explains what Flawless Towing LLC (“Flawless Towing,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use www.flawlesstowingla.com, call or text us, or message us through Google, and what we do with it.
We are a towing and roadside assistance business based in Studio City, California, serving the Los Angeles area.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
Our forms collect only what we need to call you back and send the right truck:
- Callback request — your phone number, a short description of the problem, and whether you need help now or later.
- Service request — the service you need, timing, your vehicle’s year, make, model and colour, the reason for the tow, pickup and drop-off locations, and your name, phone number, email address and any notes.
- Commercial account inquiry — your company name, contact name, phone number, email address, business type, approximate towing volume and your message.
- Driver application — your name, city, phone number, email address, towing experience, availability, equipment experience and your message. The form does not take attachments; if you email us a resume, we hold it with your application.
If you call, text or message us, we receive your phone number or messaging ID and whatever you tell us about your vehicle, location and situation.
Information collected automatically
Our analytics provider records pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, how you reached the site, and actions such as tapping a phone number or submitting a form. Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
We do not send form contents to our analytics provider. Your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, locations and message text are never included in analytics data.
2. How we use it
- To call or message you back and dispatch a driver.
- To quote a price and arrange payment for work you ask us to do.
- To respond to commercial account inquiries.
- To review driver applications and consider applicants for future openings.
- To keep records of jobs we have performed.
- To understand how the website is used, and to comply with the law or establish and defend legal claims.
Messages we send you
- Job-related messages. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your request and your job — confirming details, letting you know a driver is on the way, or following up once the work is done.
- Review requests. After a completed job we may ask you to leave a review.
Some of these may be sent automatically by our dispatch system rather than typed by a person. We do not run marketing or promotional campaigns by text or email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, or reply STOP to a text.
3. Who we share it with
We share your information in the situations described below.
Service providers
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative) — receives our form submissions and emails them to us; form data goes from your browser straight to Web3Forms and is not stored on our website server. Web3Forms stores submissions for up to three years, encrypted, on Amazon Web Services, and operates from India, so your submission may be processed outside the United States. It states that a submitter’s IP and email address may be sent to CleanTalk and Akismet for spam filtering. We are the data controller; Web3Forms is our processor. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Google — our inbox is Gmail, so submissions and emails are stored in Google’s systems. Google also provides our analytics, our web fonts (which receive your IP address to serve the font files) and Google Business Profile messaging.
- Zapier — watches our inbox for new leads and texts an alert to our dispatch phone. A copy of the lead stays in its activity history for roughly 30 days.
- Hostinger — hosts the website and keeps server logs. These do not contain your form submissions.
- Towbook (Extric LLC) — our dispatch and job-management system, and the main place a job is recorded. It holds your contact details, vehicle information, pickup and drop-off locations, the dispatch record, the service history and status, and the billing record — the tow bill, the invoice amount and whether it has been paid. It may also send job-related messages or review requests to you on our behalf. Towbook states that its services are provided from the United States. See the Towbook privacy policy.
Motor clubs and roadside networks
Some jobs reach us through motor clubs and roadside networks, currently Agero and HONK. They send us your customer and service information, and we send back what the job requires, such as status and completion details. If your job came to us this way, that network’s own privacy policy also applies.
Collision repair shops and attorneys
After a collision we may offer to put you in touch with a collision repair shop or an attorney. This is optional, and it happens in one of two ways: we give you their contact details, or — with your permission — we give them your contact details so they can reach out. In the second case we pass on only what the introduction needs: typically your name, phone number, vehicle information and the relevant service details.
We ask you first every time, and we never do this automatically or through automated messaging. An introduction to an attorney needs its own separate permission. You can decline, and it will not affect your service.
These businesses are independent of us and are not our service providers. Once your information is with them, their privacy practices apply rather than ours. An introduction does not mean a shop or attorney has been engaged on your behalf — that is your decision.
Other disclosures
- To comply with a subpoena, court order, law enforcement request or other legal requirement.
- To a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganised.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to recognise return visits and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works either way.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to one, and this website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
5. Calls and messaging
You can reach us by phone, by text and through Google Business Profile messaging. When you message us we receive the content of your messages, your display name or messaging ID, your phone number where provided, and the time of the conversation. We use it to understand what you need, answer you, quote the work and arrange the job, and we keep the conversation as part of the job record. We do not use message content for advertising.
Messages sent through Google Business Profile are delivered and processed by Google, which acts as a processor for this service. If Google’s automated messaging replies on our behalf, those replies are generated by Google’s systems rather than by a person, and your conversation is processed by Google to produce them. Our team reviews these conversations during business hours.
We do not use automated messaging to pass your information to anyone else. It can answer general questions, including explaining that we can introduce you to a repair shop or an attorney, but any introduction is made by a person, only after you have given permission.
Standard message and data rates may apply. We use your number to respond to your request, coordinate the job, and follow up afterwards as described in section 2. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, or reply STOP to a text.
6. How long we keep it
- Web3Forms (form submissions) — up to three years, then deleted automatically.
- Zapier (lead alerts) — roughly 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Analytics — event data 2 months, user data 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Our inbox and job records in Towbook — kept for as long as we need them to provide and account for the work, handle questions, disputes or claims arising from a job, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- Server logs — kept and deleted by our hosting provider under its own practices.
- Driver applications — kept with our hiring records for as long as we need them for recruitment and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply.
7. Your California privacy rights
Depending on which California privacy laws apply to us, California residents may have the right to request access to the personal information a business holds about them, to request deletion or correction, to know how it has been disclosed, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
You are welcome to make any of these requests. Contact us using the details in section 10 and we will respond. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may need to keep records the law requires us to keep.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. Security and children
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for adults arranging vehicle services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here and update the “last updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
