Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use www.flawlesstowingla.com, submit a request through one of our forms, or message us through Google. They are an agreement between you and Flawless Towing LLC (“Flawless Towing,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or send us a request.

What these terms cover. They govern your use of this website and our messaging channels. They are not the agreement for a tow itself. The price, scope and conditions of any actual towing, transport or roadside job are agreed with you directly at the time of service.

1. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to ask us to do work for you. Please do not use it to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false information, to disrupt the site, or to submit automated or bulk requests.

2. Requests are not confirmed jobs

Submitting a callback or service request is a request, not a confirmed booking. A job is arranged only once we have spoken with you and confirmed it. We do not promise a specific arrival time on this website, and we may decline a request — for example if the vehicle or location is outside what our equipment can safely handle.

If you need help urgently, call (818) 426-2979 rather than waiting for a callback.

3. Quotes and deposits

• Tows and transport are quoted before a driver is dispatched.
• The price can change if extras come up, or if the details we were given were not complete.
• Roadside services have a flat starting rate within 5 miles; calls further out cost more.
• A deposit is required to dispatch a driver. It is applied toward your final price, and it is non-refundable once a driver has been sent.

4. Service area and hours

We are based in Studio City and serve the Los Angeles area, with priority response within roughly 10 miles of Studio City. Our posted hours are 7 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. We take calls outside those hours and do what we can, but we do not advertise or guarantee 24-hour service.

5. Calls and messaging

By giving us your phone number, you agree that we may call, text or email you about your request and your job — confirming details, letting you know a driver is on the way, or following up once the work is done — and that after a completed job we may ask you to leave a review. Some of these may be sent automatically by our dispatch system rather than typed by a person. We do not run marketing or promotional campaigns by text or email. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, or reply STOP to a text.

You can also message us through Google Business Profile. Those messages are delivered by Google and are subject to Google’s terms. Where Google’s automated messaging replies on our behalf, those replies are generated by Google’s systems rather than by a member of our team, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. An automated reply is not a quote, not a confirmed booking, and not a commitment to attend. Please confirm anything important with us by phone.

We do not use automated messaging to share your information with anyone else. Any introduction is made by a person, and only after you have given permission.

6. Information you give us

Please give us accurate information about your vehicle, its condition and its location. We rely on it to send the right truck and equipment and to quote a price. If the details turn out to be materially different when we arrive, the price may change, or we may not be able to do the job.

7. Introductions after an accident

After a collision we may offer to put you in touch with a collision repair shop or an attorney. This is optional and we only do it if you want us to. We will either give you their contact details, or — with your permission — pass your contact details to them so they can reach out. An introduction to an attorney needs its own separate permission. You can decline, and it will not affect your towing or roadside service.

These businesses are independent of us. We do not control their work, their pricing or their advice, and we are not responsible for it. An introduction does not mean a repair shop or attorney has been engaged or retained on your behalf — that is your decision alone, and you are free to choose anyone you wish. Nothing we say is legal advice.

8. Driver applications

Submitting an application through our careers page does not create an offer of employment or any employment relationship. We may keep applications on file and contact you about future openings.

9. Our content and third-party services

The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site belong to Flawless Towing or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

This site links to third-party services such as Google and Instagram, and relies on third-party providers for forms, fonts, analytics and hosting. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Customer reviews shown on this site are taken from our Google Business Profile and reflect what reviewers wrote, not our own claims.

10. Disclaimers, governing law and changes

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Prices, availability and service details can change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
